Troubleshooting steps
The URL can be tested in a standard browser, if the URL works in a browser, retest loading the URL in OpenFin (re-attempt launching the application) as the problem may have been temporary if the second attempt with OpenFin is successful please contact the URL owner to inform them of the temporary outage. The RVM uses the local O/S network settings if the second attempt with OpenFin fails then a comparison of the browsers network settings with the O/S default should be made followed by a check of any local security software.
If the URL can't be reached using the browser then the owner of the URL/application should be contacted to confirm it is valid, and the server is operational. If the URL is valid and the server is confirmed as running (and ideally if connectivity can be established from a different network location), then the network path from the local machine to the server needs to be investigated.
