App Folder Naming Convention

The names of application folders saved in the apps folder located at %LOCALAPPDATA%\OpenFin\apps are derived from the name of the app as defined in the manifest followed by a hash of the manifest url. 

e.g. OpenfinPOC_292877658

If an app is launched without a name, the folder's name will only consist of the manifest url hash.
